The hotel was an ideal place for enjoying a shopping area, next to the mosaic shopping mall, the Meriken Park and the harbour. Everything was simply nice.

Overall I think it was a NEWLY REMODELLED hotel, good value. Everywhere was fairly clean, staff were delightful, lovely bed. The beach was wonderful. Gorgeous garden and nice pool.

i loved the real good stay. savoury breakfast, attentive personnel, calm rooms. old fashioned hotel, 0.5 km from kobe airport. panoramic view of sea. this venue offered shuttle bus service too.

In the evening we visited Main Bar Emerald it was nearby. Moreover, we had no problems with free Wi Fi. It deserves its 5 stars.

if you plan to visit universal studios japan, don't pass this hotel up. we loved staying at okura kobe. 6 miles away from kobe airport.

The hotel was very close to Shin Kobe train station. You can take a 10-minute walk to get to ikuta shrine...
